They are an alien species, who cause terror in various universes, like DWA's World, Helen's World and Charley's World
History:[]
They live in a different solar system, on planet Cytronius. They evolved from little robots into the Cytrons we know today.
The Doctor, in his 3rd Incarnation had exiled the Cytrons from the Earth, after many attack of theirs, in 2005 - Offscreen.
They originated from Doctor Who Adventures, which is the ultimate canon when it comes to Cytrons.
Doctor Who Adventures:[]
After being exiled, the Cytrons continued attacking, by possesing electrical stuffs from Earth. - "The Cytrons"
They once managed breaking the exile. This was until the Doctor put it back. - "Time Blast"
They were also one of the species in the Battle from Gallifrey. - "The Time Lords Return"
and "Battle at Gallifrey"
They were once controlling a Robotic Man, so they could rule Planet 52. - "Planet 52"
After a while, it was revealed that they actually took over Planet 52 in order to stop The Cerebels from starting "The Ultimate Invasion", but ultimately getting defeated by the Doctor. - "The Ultimate Invasion"
They later appeared in a cave on Earth, planning to use a powerfull mysterious crystal that would kill every human, but they were once again defeated by The Doctor and his companions at the time. How they were on Earth remains a mystery. - "The Crystal Cavern"
Twelfth Doctor Adventures:[]
In an alternate timeline, called "2005's Cytron World", no other year existed, other than 2005. In this timeline, the Cytrons were on Earth. They had their own version of Doctor and Helen, those being both Cytrons. - "Cytron City" and "The Battle in the City".
